He also solved each and every problem/question i had. Keep in mind i did a bunch of research on home security companies but by far Allied Home Security worked through my problems and said no problem we will provide you service! David F. helped set up and explain how to use my system. He went above and beyond so that I would truly understand what the system could do, how I could use it, and he even did all the technical stuff for me to get started based on whatever I said I wanted it to do so I didn’t have to figure it out on my own. He was very polite and informative. I really enjoyed having him in my home to help me. I would highly recommend him as well as allied security!

I got 5 estimates, Allied being the 5th. He quoted the exact models that everyone else quoted and when I asked his opinion he recommended an option that was less expensive than what I asked for – and they had the best prices for every option! Overall…superlative experience!!

Our install was a little more complicated than most but the installers who came out were absolutely phenomenal. Punctual professional and extremely helpful! We’re so glad we chose allied! Our cameras and security system are perfect and the service is excellent!

The salesman was great, and the installation was actually amazing. Our installer was so kind and worked really quickly. On top of that, our salesman was able to get us a great deal and throw in some things for us. So far, very happy!

They provide a great service when it comes to various installation of security systems to your home as they did a great work at my house and also explain what each security item does and assure me of my safety in which have never had any regret contacting them for my security installation. Chris was awesome and very quick in installing the security system in our home. He was very thorough in explaining how the system works on the mobile app, gladly connected our garage door and also installed the lock in our door – all during the weekend. Highly recommend him and Allied!

Told them I needed 2 glass breakage sensors. Didn’t get them. Don’t even know how to contact them. So overall it was not a good idea.

My home security is very expensive and I was promised some window senors but never got them but overall it is a good system just wish it didn’t cost so much per month.

Sales person Cale H was very knowledgeable & professional! Walked through our house & recommended installation for camera’s & alarms! The alarm system is easy to operate! I can activate from my phone if I leave & forget to arm! I can also view activity when I am away!

Raul Gonzalez was a not-too-pushy but very well informed of his product salesman. He explained the benefits of this security system over the competitors without being negative about the “other guys”. He was friendly, welcoming and made the experience very enjoyable. Forgot that I was purchasing something from him because it felt like I was visiting with a friend and not buying home security. David Fleck our technician today was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the systems and how they work, w his expertise was able to solve our issue w door bell and chime. He even noticed that our door lock was not connected and configured to our phone, so he fixed the issue and now we can unlock our front door w the phone, something we couldn’t do before. He went beyond the call of duty and we truly appreciate his hard work ! He also provided a brief review of how to use the Brinks more efficiently on our phone
