Super easy to get set up with Allied. I called and Shane talked through my options for a home security system. I was able to get an appointment the following week for set up. David Feazell was the technician that installed the system. He was on-time and did a great job walking me through the system. He helped me decide the best locations for cameras and the motion detector.

Mr. Tyler Castillo was awesome! The tech was very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about how the Brink Home Security works. He answered all the questions I posed. He explained in a very detailed manner about what was best for my home as far as the installation and what system would be best for our home. He was also very polite and easy to talk to. The tech took his time in his explanation to us about the security system. As a result, I didn’t have many questions to ask him. I was very pleased with the price and the components that accompanied the system! Thank you, Mr. Castillo for a job well done! I will recommend him and the Brink Home Security system to my neighbors, family and friends!

Getting an alarm system is something I would never consider. I’ve lived in pretty rough neighborhoods growing up and if a person wants to do something, nothing rarely stops them. However, after speaking with Raul, he gave me a lot of peace about having allied secure my home. I asked him 100 questions and about 50 hypothetical scenarios. He showed so much patience and grace! After he left, my home he continued to answer questions about the program and system. The only thing I would critique the company on is the 3 year contract. There should be options for consumers to fit their security needs. We can change homeowners insurance yearly, why not our security company.

We just had our system put in yesterday so it’s too early for an overall rating, however, the process has been quite good!! Adrian, our salesperson, was very good…none of the high pressure stuff!! Explained everything to the best of his knowledge and patient with all of our numerous questions!! Jesse, the technician assigned to install our system, was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order before he left!!

Great service and exceptional home security system. Special mention to Jesse and Shane that were outstanding and they provided exceptional customer care.

So we bought a house and wanted to get cameras and a security system installed. David came out on move in day and got us setup quickly. Was the easiest and quickest process of my whole move so far. And as far as prompt service, David and I ended the process in about an hour, and the next day, an installer showed up had everything done quickly, cleanly and efficiently. I could not be happier with the system and ease of use. Finally, had a small problem I could not figure out and called into the office today, they walked me through the app to the setting I was looking for super quickly. Best experience I’ve had with an alarm company by far!

We just moved in a brand new home. Looooottttts of sales people. Yikes. But…Raul Gonzalez is a personable sales guy. Right away, you are clicking and everything seems good. He must have liked being asked a million questions because he stayed around. When I say I know the competitors, I do my homework. I am not even kidding. I would ask him questions to see if he actually knew a thing or two about all of the direct competitors. He did. Ok, So then I listened more seriously. Between the dependability of the service itself in our area with cameras, options to pay cash for the product itself and the in town customer service support all tied it up nicely. He sold the product with honesty which is the only way I will purchase anything these days. If I feel that you are being dishonest about who you are and lying about your competitors. I will not buy I don’t care how nice your product is.

Thanks Raul for being easy going, honest and keeping your word on following through. Stay the same!!! You’ll go far in life.

I was once having problems with thieves coming to rob my house, so I made up my mind to reach out to allied homes security and since I’ve reached out to them the thieves were caught and I don’t have issues with them again, I now have peace in my home,

David V was great and helped to run me through the process and give me key information about security system install at a commercial premises. Would recommend him and Allied.

Told them I needed 2 glass breakage sensors. Didn’t get them. Don’t even know how to contact them. So overall it was not a good idea.

David and Josh were great during the install. They know their job and were thorough in explaining how everything works.

I just purchased my very first home and choosing a home security company seemed a bit scary with so many out there and not being too sure which one to go with. I’m very satisfied with my choice as Cale H was the marketing manager and sat down with me and assisted in creating a plan around my wants and needs. In addition to that there were some miss communication during the install which I was then told I had to pay additional money outside of what was agreed and I thought “oh great this is going to be the deal breaker.” However Cale worked with me and understood my concerns and we came to a mutual agreement. The team recognized the importance of customer satisfaction and assisted with my concerns. Overall looking forward to this partnership and would recommend to those looking for home security.

Josh is the absolute best at what he does! He came to us the day we were scheduled to get installed by ADT, and pointed out all the flaws in their system. He was genuinely concerned with our safety, we are SO glad he came when he did, we would’ve been stuck with an inferior system. Sky was very friendly and knowledgeable, he made sure we understood all the ins and outs of our system before he left. Please let Allied protect your home and family, you won’t be disappointed!
