I have been interested in a home security system for my home and I noticed my neighbor was having service done on hers. I was able to talk to the technician by name of Eric, and I am glad I did bc he took the time to explain how the security system works and the equipment that is required.

Andres was really good at his craft. We had a small problem with systems but he stayed and figured it all out and fixed it properly! I highly recommend him!

David did an amazing job and spent all the time we needed.

Jessy did a wonderful job setting up our security system in our new home. He worked long and hard to make sure everything was set and worked perfectly!

They were awesome! Very pleased! Ismael Flores was my rep, he made everything extremely easy and hassle-free. They were scheduled for 10-12 and were here as promised. Ismael even made sure the techs arrived and followed up on completion to make sure I was satisfied. Our install was a little more complicated than most but the installers who came out were absolutely phenomenal. Punctual professional and extremely helpful! We’re so glad we chose allied! Our cameras and security system are perfect and the service is excellent!

I just purchased my very first home and choosing a home security company seemed a bit scary with so many out there and not being too sure which one to go with. I’m very satisfied with my choice as Cale H was the marketing manager and sat down with me and assisted in creating a plan around my wants and needs. In addition to that there were some miss communication during the install which I was then told I had to pay additional money outside of what was agreed and I thought “oh great this is going to be the deal breaker.” However Cale worked with me and understood my concerns and we came to a mutual agreement. The team recognized the importance of customer satisfaction and assisted with my concerns. Overall looking forward to this partnership and would recommend to those looking for home security.

Raul’s service exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market for house security services.

I find to be most advance security system in the market , not only it is easy to manage but also very reliable . They are very professional in choosing the right security system according to my needs and although i have diy the project but they helped me in that with guides which was very helpful for me. I was bit worried about the theft in the areas but i find very secure already in my home. It has top standard quality standard product which i think will going to last years.

The salesman was great, and the installation was actually amazing. Our installer was so kind and worked really quickly. On top of that, our salesman was able to get us a great deal and throw in some things for us. So far, very happy!

So we bought a house and wanted to get cameras and a security system installed. David came out on move in day and got us setup quickly. Was the easiest and quickest process of my whole move so far. And as far as prompt service, David and I ended the process in about an hour, and the next day, an installer showed up had everything done quickly, cleanly and efficiently. I could not be happier with the system and ease of use. Finally, had a small problem I could not figure out and called into the office today, they walked me through the app to the setting I was looking for super quickly. Best experience I’ve had with an alarm company by far!

He also solved each and every problem/question i had. Keep in mind i did a bunch of research on home security companies but by far Allied Home Security worked through my problems and said no problem we will provide you service! Josh is the absolute best at what he does! He came to us the day we were scheduled to get installed by ADT, and pointed out all the flaws in their system. He was genuinely concerned with our safety, we are SO glad he came when he did, we would’ve been stuck with an inferior system. Sky was very friendly and knowledgeable, he made sure we understood all the ins and outs of our system before he left. Please let Allied protect your home and family, you won’t be disappointed!

I must say, I had a great experience with Raul G. I was very impressed when he arrived at my door. Raul and Allied answered all my 21 questions. I’m please with my Allied/Brinks equipment and service. I had a fun time (spending money). Thanks Raul!

Armoni Davis the manager came by and he helped us find the security system for us, we knew we wanted a security system for our new home and with the ease of the program and the understanding that our whole house is covered we feel very safe now. We had a tech service come out did a wonderful job very professional and helped us understand how the system works and the new equipment. My home security is very expensive and I was promised some window senors but never got them but overall it is a good system just wish it didn’t cost so much per month.

Mr. Tyler Castillo was awesome! The tech was very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about how the Brink Home Security works. He answered all the questions I posed. He explained in a very detailed manner about what was best for my home as far as the installation and what system would be best for our home. He was also very polite and easy to talk to. The tech took his time in his explanation to us about the security system. As a result, I didn’t have many questions to ask him. I was very pleased with the price and the components that accompanied the system! Thank you, Mr. Castillo for a job well done! Ernest was great. Very knowledgeable and explained process completely. Installer arrived early. All equipment was installed properly. Installer didn’t leave information on how to log into the system to pass on to other family members in the household. Really not a big deal however the only thing I didn’t like was being hassled about writing a review.

Great experience. Very good all around. Raul Gonzalez is my go to.
