Mario was very professional and respectful, he was patient with my 90 year old mother as he installed her system. He explained each step to her as he moved about her home. It’s wonderful to have people in your home who are respectful.

5 stars to Allied Home Security. I called for information about cameras and monitoring for my home, and he was very friendly & knowledgeable. I have them set to install this week thanks for making it so easy.

Told them I needed 2 glass breakage sensors. Didn’t get them. Don’t even know how to contact them. So overall it was not a good idea.

Initial install was great. Glad to switch over from my previous alarm company

David was very experienced and worked diligently answered all my questions and helped me connect all of my devices he did a great job!

Andres the technician did amazing job installing my cameras and left his work area extremely clean. he walked me through the entire system and made sure I knew how everything worked before he left. As he was leaving my house I noticed he saw some trash that had blown in my yard he took the time out of his day to go pick it up and put it in my trash bin. GGs!

Mr. Tyler Castillo was awesome! The tech was very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about how the Brink Home Security works. He answered all the questions I posed. He explained in a very detailed manner about what was best for my home as far as the installation and what system would be best for our home. He was also very polite and easy to talk to. The tech took his time in his explanation to us about the security system. As a result, I didn’t have many questions to ask him. I was very pleased with the price and the components that accompanied the system! Thank you, Mr. Castillo for a job well done! I just purchased my very first home and choosing a home security company seemed a bit scary with so many out there and not being too sure which one to go with. I’m very satisfied with my choice as Cale H was the marketing manager and sat down with me and assisted in creating a plan around my wants and needs. In addition to that there were some miss communication during the install which I was then told I had to pay additional money outside of what was agreed and I thought “oh great this is going to be the deal breaker.” However Cale worked with me and understood my concerns and we came to a mutual agreement. The team recognized the importance of customer satisfaction and assisted with my concerns. Overall looking forward to this partnership and would recommend to those looking for home security.

Buddy is such an intelligent and respectful man, he knows what he is doing and will take the time to explain to you what he’s installing in your home.

Josh is the absolute best at what he does! He came to us the day we were scheduled to get installed by ADT, and pointed out all the flaws in their system. He was genuinely concerned with our safety, we are SO glad he came when he did, we would’ve been stuck with an inferior system. Sky was very friendly and knowledgeable, he made sure we understood all the ins and outs of our system before he left. Please let Allied protect your home and family, you won’t be disappointed!

Best decision I have made this year. Was looking all over the place for a legit security system for my new home and was getting quite disappointed in the deceptive sales tactics of a lot of companies. Got even more discouraged when I started reading on the BBB about all the nightmares people had experienced with some of the larger companies. I decided to give Allied a call when I saw their ad on Google and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Tech arrived on time for installation and everything went as just as my sales rep explained on the phone! So glad to know that there are still good home security companies out there.
