Raul Gonzalez was a not-too-pushy but very well informed of his product salesman. He explained the benefits of this security system over the competitors without being negative about the “other guys”. He was friendly, welcoming and made the experience very enjoyable. Forgot that I was purchasing something from him because it felt like I was visiting with a friend and not buying home security. The service of the system is excellent and I feel I am providing my family with the safest option to guard us possible. Thank you Raul!!!!!

I got 5 estimates, Allied being the 5th. He quoted the exact models that everyone else quoted and when I asked his opinion he recommended an option that was less expensive than what I asked for – and they had the best prices for every option! Overall…superlative experience!!

Armoni Davis the manager came by and he helped us find the security system for us, we knew we wanted a security system for our new home and with the ease of the program and the understanding that our whole house is covered we feel very safe now. We had a tech service come out did a wonderful job very professional and helped us understand how the system works and the new equipment. We’ve told our family and friends about how amazing the company is and how protected our new home is. 10/10

He also solved each and every problem/question i had. I just purchased my very first home and choosing a home security company seemed a bit scary with so many out there and not being too sure which one to go with. I’m very satisfied with my choice as Cale H was the marketing manager and sat down with me and assisted in creating a plan around my wants and needs. In addition to that there were some miss communication during the install which I was then told I had to pay additional money outside of what was agreed and I thought “oh great this is going to be the deal breaker.” However Cale worked with me and understood my concerns and we came to a mutual agreement. The team recognized the importance of customer satisfaction and assisted with my concerns. Overall looking forward to this partnership and would recommend to those looking for home security.

Completely, utterly impressed. From the start of my interaction with Allied, David was fantastic in setting up my account. He even talked to me after he left the office! When it came to install of cameras and alarm system, Zeke and Eric were top notch! Installation was clean, they even stayed to train us and make sure we were comfortable. And to top that all off, their bid was honestly about 3500$ cheaper than the other quotes I got. If you are reading this looking for a security partner, stop searching and do yourself a favor. Matt was our installing technician. He was very knowledgeable and had our system running in no time. very professional, polite and personable. He took great care while moving our blinds and curtains, and offered many tips on security and maintenance. Did a great job explaining the key pad and functions. He was flawless. I would highly recommend Matt to install and service my system.

We brought a new house and switched from an alarm company that we had been with for over 20 years. After meeting with Michael, we set up an installation and Christian was sent out. He was one of the most helpful technicians I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He made sure the installation was successful. He also returned to install the Nest application and give my wife a tutorial, which was successful. GREAT JOB CHRISTIAN!!!
