Super easy to get set up with Allied. I called and Shane talked through my options for a home security system. I was able to get an appointment the following week for set up. David Feazell was the technician that installed the system. He was on-time and did a great job walking me through the system. He helped me decide the best locations for cameras and the motion detector.

David Fleck was informative and knowledgeable when explaining the alarm system.

Josh is the absolute best at what he does! He came to us the day we were scheduled to get installed by ADT, and pointed out all the flaws in their system. He was genuinely concerned with our safety, we are SO glad he came when he did, we would’ve been stuck with an inferior system. Sky was very friendly and knowledgeable, he made sure we understood all the ins and outs of our system before he left. Please let Allied protect your home and family, you won’t be disappointed!

David did an excellent job for your company. Knew his business, and was very good in explaining the various features and benefits of your systems. No sales pressure, but had complete answers to my questions. He offered his own suggestions when it became more and more apparent what I know I wanted, and could likely need.

It didn’t take long for me to agree to get home security. Armoni started talking, showing me areas that could potentially be a problem, made some suggestions, and I was sold. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t push me into buying anything. The tech took his time to show me the different packages and gave me a great price. He was able to get his guys to come over and install everything within 2 days! Home is secured and I feel safe. Thanks!

Matt was our installing technician. He was very knowledgeable and had our system running in no time. very professional, polite and personable. He took great care while moving our blinds and curtains, and offered many tips on security and maintenance. Did a great job explaining the key pad and functions. He was flawless. I would highly recommend Matt to install and service my system.

Mario was very professional and respectful, he was patient with my 90 year old mother as he installed her system. He explained each step to her as he moved about her home. It’s wonderful to have people in your home who are respectful.

User interface and tech help is terrible.

We brought a new house and switched from an alarm company that we had been with for over 20 years. After meeting with Michael, we set up an installation and Christian was sent out. He was one of the most helpful technicians I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He made sure the installation was successful. He also returned to install the Nest application and give my wife a tutorial, which was successful. GREAT JOB CHRISTIAN!!!
