5 stars to Allied Home Security. I called for information about cameras and monitoring for my home, and he was very friendly & knowledgeable. I have them set to install this week thanks for making it so easy.

Very knowledgeable with the services they provided for us and also explained step by step affordable pricing that would fit our budget!

Allied helped me tremendously, now I have the BEST security system on the market!! Stephanie Ceron helped me with my questions, and went above and beyond. Anytime I call in, they don’t hesitate to help. I highly recommend getting your security with Allied.

Told them I needed 2 glass breakage sensors. Didn’t get them. Don’t even know how to contact them. So overall it was not a good idea.

David V was exceptional. One of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. He did not try to over sell me or pressure me. He merely spoke about their service with pride and lets not forget the great rate. I was convinced, sold and scheduled. Thank you David.

Great customer service and a quick and timely manner

Ernest was great. Very knowledgeable and explained process completely. Installer arrived early. All equipment was installed properly. Installer didn’t leave information on how to log into the system to pass on to other family members in the household. Really not a big deal however the only thing I didn’t like was being hassled about writing a review.

Honest, responsible & takes great pride in their work. Heather and John made it a point to follow up to ensure the system is working correctly.

Great company and Wendy was awesome, very professional. She answered all my questions, and got me setup for installation in a snap. The installation was also very professionally done. The installers got there at the appointment time and did a great job. They were experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. My system was up and running, and I am 100% satisfied.

The most important thing to me now days is courteous CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have a 5-star rating just on that.

Andres the technician did amazing job installing my cameras and left his work area extremely clean. he walked me through the entire system and made sure I knew how everything worked before he left. As he was leaving my house I noticed he saw some trash that had blown in my yard he took the time out of his day to go pick it up and put it in my trash bin. GGs!

My tech was very professional and polite, definitely recommend. Andres knew exactly what he was doing and was very efficient during my install. He answered all of my questions and helped me understand my new system and did it with a smile! Thank you Allied Home Security!

I was fortunate enough to be a first time homeowner. I was excited because the brand-new house came pre-wired to be a smart home A company I won’t name installed an IQ panel by Qolsys. Turns out the panel had its installer/dealer codes changed and when I tried to get them from the company. I was given the run-around. Ernesto from allied security said not to worry and that I would be taken care of. Sure enough I was. When the technician came to my house, even he was surprised by such a terrible business practice. They removed the old panel and gave me a brand-new IQ2 Panel by Qolsys. The tech was very informative and went over everything and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for home security. The camera quality is great, and customer service even better

Cale did an amazing job walking us through the whole process while respecting our time, and was extremely knowledgeable and polite. The installation was quick and painless. I felt comfortable having both of them in my home, by myself, with small children. Highly recommend!

Our install was a little more complicated than most but the installers who came out were absolutely phenomenal. Punctual professional and extremely helpful! We’re so glad we chose allied! Our cameras and security system are perfect and the service is excellent!

Kevin Lyman made obtaining the home security system a great experience. Mr. Lyman was knowledgeable and thoroughly described the system’s operation and Allied’s association with Brinks. He was professional and very pleasant to work with. He has been available to answer our questions since the installation and has responded to our emails and text messages promptly.
