Completely, utterly impressed. From the start of my interaction with Allied, David was fantastic in setting up my account. He even talked to me after he left the office! When it came to install of cameras and alarm system, Zeke and Eric were top notch! Installation was clean, they even stayed to train us and make sure we were comfortable. And to top that all off, their bid was honestly about 3500$ cheaper than the other quotes I got. If you are reading this looking for a security partner, stop searching and do yourself a favor. Super easy to get set up with Allied. I called and Shane talked through my options for a home security system. I was able to get an appointment the following week for set up. David Feazell was the technician that installed the system. He was on-time and did a great job walking me through the system. He helped me decide the best locations for cameras and the motion detector.

The Tech Andres, was very efficient and professional. He installed a 5 camera system for me and even showed me some very useful tips. He also kept a very clean work space and made sure when he left it was as clean as when he arrived. I will definitely be asking for him for my future installs.

So we bought a house and wanted to get cameras and a security system installed. David came out on move in day and got us setup quickly. Was the easiest and quickest process of my whole move so far. And as far as prompt service, David and I ended the process in about an hour, and the next day, an installer showed up had everything done quickly, cleanly and efficiently. I could not be happier with the system and ease of use. Finally, had a small problem I could not figure out and called into the office today, they walked me through the app to the setting I was looking for super quickly. Best experience I’ve had with an alarm company by far!

Jesse was my tech today did a great job installing everything and explained panel and app.. panel is user friendly and easy to use.
