We have had Allied for several months now. We have been incredibly happy with their service. We had a small doorbell issue and David F. came out and fixed it quickly with excellent customer service. Glad we pick Allied.

I was once having problems with thieves coming to rob my house, so I made up my mind to reach out to allied homes security and since I’ve reached out to them the thieves were caught and I don’t have issues with them again, I now have peace in my home,

David F did a fantastic job with the install and very clearly, thoroughly and patiently explained how to use the system. Awesome Professionalism! Wish ALL contract service technicians were cut from the same cloth as he is.

David did an amazing job and spent all the time we needed.

We just had our system put in yesterday so it’s too early for an overall rating, however, the process has been quite good!! Adrian, our salesperson, was very good…none of the high pressure stuff!! Explained everything to the best of his knowledge and patient with all of our numerous questions!! Jesse, the technician assigned to install our system, was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order before he left!!

Zeke took the time to explain (and re-explain) everything to make sure we understood what he was doing. We had a very old security system and he helped us update everything and remove what we didn’t need. We are really happy with our new system.

Very knowledgeable with the services they provided for us and also explained step by step affordable pricing that would fit our budget!

He did not “push” for any particular package, he let us choose what was best. I have already recommended this home security system to family. So Happy I found this company! First, they are local, and they explained everything to me thoroughly. I recently purchased a house and I needed to have my security set up, and they helped. I had my system installed just a few days after I signed up and the technician that went to my house was very professional and friendly.

Our install was a little more complicated than most but the installers who came out were absolutely phenomenal. Punctual professional and extremely helpful! We’re so glad we chose allied! Our cameras and security system are perfect and the service is excellent!

Josue A. did an amazing job installing our security system. He was professional , friendly, and very knowledgeable. It was reassuring knowing that he is also an electrician. He answered all of my questions and was very careful with my home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The salesman was great, and the installation was actually amazing. Our installer was so kind and worked really quickly. On top of that, our salesman was able to get us a great deal and throw in some things for us. So far, very happy!

We brought a new house and switched from an alarm company that we had been with for over 20 years. After meeting with Michael, we set up an installation and Christian was sent out. He was one of the most helpful technicians I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He made sure the installation was successful. He also returned to install the Nest application and give my wife a tutorial, which was successful. GREAT JOB CHRISTIAN!!!

Completely, utterly impressed. From the start of my interaction with Allied, David was fantastic in setting up my account. He even talked to me after he left the office! When it came to install of cameras and alarm system, Zeke and Eric were top notch! Installation was clean, they even stayed to train us and make sure we were comfortable. And to top that all off, their bid was honestly about 3500$ cheaper than the other quotes I got. If you are reading this looking for a security partner, stop searching and do yourself a favor. David F. helped set up and explain how to use my system. He went above and beyond so that I would truly understand what the system could do, how I could use it, and he even did all the technical stuff for me to get started based on whatever I said I wanted it to do so I didn’t have to figure it out on my own. He was very polite and informative. I really enjoyed having him in my home to help me. I would highly recommend him as well as allied security!
