Jesse did a great job clean work, awesome feature of being able to arm system through my phone

The two installers Herberto…aka:Eddie and Mario did an outstanding job on the install of my system…very neatly installed system. Verified my needs, and answered all my questions. I would go into more detail, but it is a security system. I would recommend Allied Home Security and would request both installers by name…Great Job!!!

Shane Edens was exceptionally helpful. He accessed our wants and needs and promptly provided the necessary service.

Ernest was great. Very knowledgeable and explained process completely. Installer arrived early. All equipment was installed properly. Installer didn’t leave information on how to log into the system to pass on to other family members in the household. Really not a big deal however the only thing I didn’t like was being hassled about writing a review.

Great company and Wendy was awesome, very professional. She answered all my questions, and got me setup for installation in a snap. The installation was also very professionally done. The installers got there at the appointment time and did a great job. They were experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. My system was up and running, and I am 100% satisfied.

Mario was very professional and respectful, he was patient with my 90 year old mother as he installed her system. He explained each step to her as he moved about her home. It’s wonderful to have people in your home who are respectful.

Josue A. did an amazing job installing our security system. He was professional , friendly, and very knowledgeable. It was reassuring knowing that he is also an electrician. He answered all of my questions and was very careful with my home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

David V offered me one of the best customer service i have ever been provided if not the best. he helped me chose the right and best option of services that worked for my house needs. He also solved each and every problem/question i had. Keep in mind i did a bunch of research on home security companies but by far Allied Home Security worked through my problems and said no problem we will provide you service! Sales person Cale H was very knowledgeable & professional! Walked through our house & recommended installation for camera’s & alarms! The alarm system is easy to operate! I can activate from my phone if I leave & forget to arm! I can also view activity when I am away!

David Fleck was very professional, thorough, and took the time to go over our system again after implementing changes.

Raul helped install my FILs system. He was very professional and answered all his questions. He was also very easy going and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He conducted himself very professionally, yet very friendly at the same time.

Cale did an amazing job walking us through the whole process while respecting our time, and was extremely knowledgeable and polite. The installation was quick and painless. I felt comfortable having both of them in my home, by myself, with small children. Highly recommend!

I just purchased my very first home and choosing a home security company seemed a bit scary with so many out there and not being too sure which one to go with. I’m very satisfied with my choice as Cale H was the marketing manager and sat down with me and assisted in creating a plan around my wants and needs. In addition to that there were some miss communication during the install which I was then told I had to pay additional money outside of what was agreed and I thought “oh great this is going to be the deal breaker.” However Cale worked with me and understood my concerns and we came to a mutual agreement. The team recognized the importance of customer satisfaction and assisted with my concerns. Overall looking forward to this partnership and would recommend to those looking for home security.
