Andres the technician did amazing job installing my cameras and left his work area extremely clean. he walked me through the entire system and made sure I knew how everything worked before he left. As he was leaving my house I noticed he saw some trash that had blown in my yard he took the time out of his day to go pick it up and put it in my trash bin. GGs!

I just purchased my very first home and choosing a home security company seemed a bit scary with so many out there and not being too sure which one to go with. I’m very satisfied with my choice as Cale H was the marketing manager and sat down with me and assisted in creating a plan around my wants and needs. In addition to that there were some miss communication during the install which I was then told I had to pay additional money outside of what was agreed and I thought “oh great this is going to be the deal breaker.” However Cale worked with me and understood my concerns and we came to a mutual agreement. The team recognized the importance of customer satisfaction and assisted with my concerns. Overall looking forward to this partnership and would recommend to those looking for home security.

Kevin Lyman made obtaining the home security system a great experience. Mr. Lyman was knowledgeable and thoroughly described the system’s operation and Allied’s association with Brinks. He was professional and very pleasant to work with. He has been available to answer our questions since the installation and has responded to our emails and text messages promptly. Based on our experience we will definitely be referring him and Allied to family and friends.

Chris was awesome and very quick in installing the security system in our home. He was very thorough in explaining how the system works on the mobile app, gladly connected our garage door and also installed the lock in our door – all during the weekend. Highly recommend him and Allied!

New Homeowner, Armani was very professional, he knows his competitors, and excels on good, better , best to fit my budget. He is proud to work for this company and shows that in his great informative attitude. I wasn’t interested and told him so. Our install was a little more complicated than most but the installers who came out were absolutely phenomenal. Punctual professional and extremely helpful! We’re so glad we chose allied! Our cameras and security system are perfect and the service is excellent!

Super easy to get set up with Allied. I called and Shane talked through my options for a home security system. I was able to get an appointment the following week for set up. David Feazell was the technician that installed the system. He was on-time and did a great job walking me through the system. He helped me decide the best locations for cameras and the motion detector.

These guys know how to treat their customers right! 5 stars!
