Zeke took the time to explain (and re-explain) everything to make sure we understood what he was doing. We had a very old security system and he helped us update everything and remove what we didn’t need. We are really happy with our new system.

Our installer, David Feazell, was very nice and professional. He explained our new alarm system thoroughly and kept his work extremely tidy. I am very satisfied with my experience and would recommend him.

Great customer service and a quick and timely manner

I must say, I had a great experience with Raul G. I was very impressed when he arrived at my door. Raul and Allied answered all my 21 questions. I’m please with my Allied/Brinks equipment and service. I had a fun time (spending money). Thanks Raul!

I have been interested in a home security system for my home and I noticed my neighbor was having service done on hers. I was able to talk to the technician by name of Eric, and I am glad I did bc he took the time to explain how the security system works and the equipment that is required.

The salesman was great, and the installation was actually amazing. Our installer was so kind and worked really quickly. On top of that, our salesman was able to get us a great deal and throw in some things for us. So far, very happy!

David was very helpful and respectful. He took care of all my issues. The original installer missed something’s. I was very pleased with David’s work ethics.

Heriberto was exceptional on the install! Very courteous! He listed to concerns and took care of business. As a manager, he exemplifies excellence and outstanding customer service!

We really like their pricing, phone app and accessibility should we need to reach them for any reason. Now we know why they are so highly rated!

My home security is very expensive and I was promised some window senors but never got them but overall it is a good system just wish it didn’t cost so much per month.

We just moved in a brand new home. Looooottttts of sales people. Yikes. But…Raul Gonzalez is a personable sales guy. Right away, you are clicking and everything seems good. He must have liked being asked a million questions because he stayed around. When I say I know the competitors, I do my homework. I am not even kidding. I would ask him questions to see if he actually knew a thing or two about all of the direct competitors. He did. Ok, So then I listened more seriously. Between the dependability of the service itself in our area with cameras, options to pay cash for the product itself and the in town customer service support all tied it up nicely. He sold the product with honesty which is the only way I will purchase anything these days. If I feel that you are being dishonest about who you are and lying about your competitors. I will not buy I don’t care how nice your product is.

Thanks Raul for being easy going, honest and keeping your word on following through. Stay the same!!! You’ll go far in life.

The Allied installation team were awesome technicians. They took us step by step through the installation and setup process. Very friendly, knowledgeable and Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this company!! Thank you for the security and peace of mind.
