Great Service Great Deal and an awesome experience Bobby Langley was Great and made everything simple to understand

Sales person Cale H was very knowledgeable & professional! Walked through our house & recommended installation for camera’s & alarms! The alarm system is easy to operate! I can activate from my phone if I leave & forget to arm! I can also view activity when I am away!

David and Josh were great during the install. They know their job and were thorough in explaining how everything works.

He was also very patient and his Installation, wiring and setting of the cameras and motion sensors were on point. He knew what we required and he delivered. I got 5 estimates, Allied being the 5th. He quoted the exact models that everyone else quoted and when I asked his opinion he recommended an option that was less expensive than what I asked for – and they had the best prices for every option! Overall…superlative experience!!

User interface and tech help is terrible.

David V offered me one of the best customer service i have ever been provided if not the best. he helped me chose the right and best option of services that worked for my house needs. He also solved each and every problem/question i had. Keep in mind i did a bunch of research on home security companies but by far Allied Home Security worked through my problems and said no problem we will provide you service! The Tech Andres, was very efficient and professional. He installed a 5 camera system for me and even showed me some very useful tips. He also kept a very clean work space and made sure when he left it was as clean as when he arrived. I will definitely be asking for him for my future installs.

I spoke with Alexis, she was very professional and helpful! She educated us on the equipment that would best fit our home and set us with a great deal! 10/10 would recommend if you need security ask for Alexis!
