Kevin Lyman made obtaining the home security system a great experience. Mr. Lyman was knowledgeable and thoroughly described the system’s operation and Allied’s association with Brinks. He was professional and very pleasant to work with. He has been available to answer our questions since the installation and has responded to our emails and text messages promptly. Based on our experience we will definitely be referring him and Allied to family and friends.

Completely, utterly impressed. From the start of my interaction with Allied, David was fantastic in setting up my account. He even talked to me after he left the office! When it came to install of cameras and alarm system, Zeke and Eric were top notch! Installation was clean, they even stayed to train us and make sure we were comfortable. And to top that all off, their bid was honestly about 3500$ cheaper than the other quotes I got. If you are reading this looking for a security partner, stop searching and do yourself a favor. My home security is very expensive and I was promised some window senors but never got them but overall it is a good system just wish it didn’t cost so much per month.

What i like is that With allied home security wellness camera system i can watch over my parents how they’re doing from wherever I am.

Armoni Davis the manager came by and he helped us find the security system for us, we knew we wanted a security system for our new home and with the ease of the program and the understanding that our whole house is covered we feel very safe now. We had a tech service come out did a wonderful job very professional and helped us understand how the system works and the new equipment. We’ve told our family and friends about how amazing the company is and how protected our new home is. 10/10

Bad front camera, notifications take too long.

David Feazell was great. He took his time and explained everything to my wife and I. We are glad we chose Allied Home Security.

I have been interested in a home security system for my home and I noticed my neighbor was having service done on hers. I was able to talk to the technician by name of Eric, and I am glad I did bc he took the time to explain how the security system works and the equipment that is required.

The most important thing to me now days is courteous CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have a 5-star rating just on that.

David V offered me one of the best customer service i have ever been provided if not the best. he helped me chose the right and best option of services that worked for my house needs. He also solved each and every problem/question i had. Keep in mind i did a bunch of research on home security companies but by far Allied Home Security worked through my problems and said no problem we will provide you service!
