The two installers Herberto…aka:Eddie and Mario did an outstanding job on the install of my system…very neatly installed system. Verified my needs, and answered all my questions. I would go into more detail, but it is a security system. I would recommend Allied Home Security and would request both installers by name…Great Job!!!

We have had Allied for several months now. We have been incredibly happy with their service. We had a small doorbell issue and David F. came out and fixed it quickly with excellent customer service. Glad we pick Allied.

Super easy to get set up with Allied. I called and Shane talked through my options for a home security system. I was able to get an appointment the following week for set up. David Feazell was the technician that installed the system. He was on-time and did a great job walking me through the system. He helped me decide the best locations for cameras and the motion detector.

My man Raul definitely went above and beyond to make sure my family got set up with the best home security system. Answered all my questions and was super humble, nice and funny through the whole experience!

Kevin Lyman made obtaining the home security system a great experience. Mr. Lyman was knowledgeable and thoroughly described the system’s operation and Allied’s association with Brinks. He was professional and very pleasant to work with. He has been available to answer our questions since the installation and has responded to our emails and text messages promptly. I find to be most advance security system in the market , not only it is easy to manage but also very reliable . They are very professional in choosing the right security system according to my needs and although i have diy the project but they helped me in that with guides which was very helpful for me. I was bit worried about the theft in the areas but i find very secure already in my home. It has top standard quality standard product which i think will going to last years.

He was also very patient and his Installation, wiring and setting of the cameras and motion sensors were on point. He knew what we required and he delivered. Great company and Wendy was awesome, very professional. She answered all my questions, and got me setup for installation in a snap. The installation was also very professionally done. The installers got there at the appointment time and did a great job. They were experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. My system was up and running, and I am 100% satisfied.

Sales person Cale H was very knowledgeable & professional! Walked through our house & recommended installation for camera’s & alarms! The alarm system is easy to operate! I can activate from my phone if I leave & forget to arm! I can also view activity when I am away!

I was fortunate enough to be a first time homeowner. I was excited because the brand-new house came pre-wired to be a smart home A company I won’t name installed an IQ panel by Qolsys. Turns out the panel had its installer/dealer codes changed and when I tried to get them from the company. I was given the run-around. Ernesto from allied security said not to worry and that I would be taken care of. Sure enough I was. When the technician came to my house, even he was surprised by such a terrible business practice. They removed the old panel and gave me a brand-new IQ2 Panel by Qolsys. The tech was very informative and went over everything and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for home security. The camera quality is great, and customer service even better

Armoni Davis the manager came by and he helped us find the security system for us, we knew we wanted a security system for our new home and with the ease of the program and the understanding that our whole house is covered we feel very safe now. We had a tech service come out did a wonderful job very professional and helped us understand how the system works and the new equipment.
