He explained in a very detailed manner about what was best for my home as far as the installation and what system would be best for our home. He was also very polite and easy to talk to. The tech took his time in his explanation to us about the security system. As a result, I didn’t have many questions to ask him. Told them I needed 2 glass breakage sensors. Didn’t get them. Don’t even know how to contact them. So overall it was not a good idea.

Great experience! The team came on time, did a walkthrough and were able to set up the system properly. They recommended us the devices based on how our system was pre-wired which made the system more customizable for us.
