The Tech Andres, was very efficient and professional. He installed a 5 camera system for me and even showed me some very useful tips. He also kept a very clean work space and made sure when he left it was as clean as when he arrived. I will definitely be asking for him for my future installs.

Cale did an amazing job walking us through the whole process while respecting our time, and was extremely knowledgeable and polite. The installation was quick and painless. I felt comfortable having both of them in my home, by myself, with small children. Highly recommend!

He did not “push” for any particular package, he let us choose what was best. I have already recommended this home security system to family. I just purchased my very first home and choosing a home security company seemed a bit scary with so many out there and not being too sure which one to go with. I’m very satisfied with my choice as Cale H was the marketing manager and sat down with me and assisted in creating a plan around my wants and needs. In addition to that there were some miss communication during the install which I was then told I had to pay additional money outside of what was agreed and I thought “oh great this is going to be the deal breaker.” However Cale worked with me and understood my concerns and we came to a mutual agreement. The team recognized the importance of customer satisfaction and assisted with my concerns. Overall looking forward to this partnership and would recommend to those looking for home security.

Told them I needed 2 glass breakage sensors. Didn’t get them. Don’t even know how to contact them. So overall it was not a good idea.

We just moved in a brand new home. Looooottttts of sales people. Yikes. But…Raul Gonzalez is a personable sales guy. Right away, you are clicking and everything seems good. He must have liked being asked a million questions because he stayed around. When I say I know the competitors, I do my homework. I am not even kidding. I would ask him questions to see if he actually knew a thing or two about all of the direct competitors. He did. Ok, So then I listened more seriously. Between the dependability of the service itself in our area with cameras, options to pay cash for the product itself and the in town customer service support all tied it up nicely. He sold the product with honesty which is the only way I will purchase anything these days. If I feel that you are being dishonest about who you are and lying about your competitors. I will not buy I don’t care how nice your product is.

Thanks Raul for being easy going, honest and keeping your word on following through. Stay the same!!! You’ll go far in life.

Andres the technician did amazing job installing my cameras and left his work area extremely clean. he walked me through the entire system and made sure I knew how everything worked before he left. As he was leaving my house I noticed he saw some trash that had blown in my yard he took the time out of his day to go pick it up and put it in my trash bin. GGs!

I find to be most advance security system in the market , not only it is easy to manage but also very reliable . They are very professional in choosing the right security system according to my needs and although i have diy the project but they helped me in that with guides which was very helpful for me. I was bit worried about the theft in the areas but i find very secure already in my home. It has top standard quality standard product which i think will going to last years.
