David Feazell was great. He took his time and explained everything to my wife and I. We are glad we chose Allied Home Security.

We decided to go with Allied Home Security for our business, and they sent Joaquin to perform the installation at the site. He was extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was also very patient and his Installation, wiring and setting of the cameras and motion sensors were on point. He knew what we required and he delivered. I highly recommend Joaquin as he truly is a valuable individual that also takes great pride in what he is doing. Thank you, Joaquin, you’re truly awesome!

Mr. Tyler Castillo was awesome! The tech was very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about how the Brink Home Security works. He answered all the questions I posed. He explained in a very detailed manner about what was best for my home as far as the installation and what system would be best for our home. He was also very polite and easy to talk to. The tech took his time in his explanation to us about the security system. As a result, I didn’t have many questions to ask him. I was very pleased with the price and the components that accompanied the system! Thank you, Mr. Castillo for a job well done! I will recommend him and the Brink Home Security system to my neighbors, family and friends!

The most important thing to me now days is courteous CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have a 5-star rating just on that.

User interface and tech help is terrible.

Best decision I have made this year. Was looking all over the place for a legit security system for my new home and was getting quite disappointed in the deceptive sales tactics of a lot of companies. Got even more discouraged when I started reading on the BBB about all the nightmares people had experienced with some of the larger companies. I decided to give Allied a call when I saw their ad on Google and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Tech arrived on time for installation and everything went as just as my sales rep explained on the phone! So glad to know that there are still good home security companies out there.

Joaquin did a great job installing all the equipment. The cameras were well positioned, and he was very mindful of my preferences. He is very proficient through the installation process and was very thorough in explaining how each system worked. The equipment used is great, and I felt a greater sense of security after everything was said and done. I would recommend brinks and Joaquin to anyone who would be interested in a great security system. I truly appreciate everything he did as he did it with ease and was very cooperative and helpful in the process. I would give this guy 6 stars if I could. Thank You!

Bad front camera, notifications take too long.

David F came out today to help get my system back up and running. He very efficient and knowledgeable in what he does. This is the 2nd time I have needed assistance and both times, David has been so helpful and very quick to give tips and guidance to make sure our system runs smoothly. Truly happy with the service and Allied!

Called Allied after feeling like another provider’s quote came in steep and Shane gave me a much more reasonable deal for the coverage I was seeking. David F. was assigned as my technician and got the system installed meticulously, preserving much of the hardware that was in place from the previous homeowner. The overview was helpful and I’m glad I went with Allied.

Buddy is such an intelligent and respectful man, he knows what he is doing and will take the time to explain to you what he’s installing in your home.

David was very experienced and worked diligently answered all my questions and helped me connect all of my devices he did a great job!

We just moved in a brand new home. Looooottttts of sales people. Yikes. But…Raul Gonzalez is a personable sales guy. Right away, you are clicking and everything seems good. He must have liked being asked a million questions because he stayed around. When I say I know the competitors, I do my homework. I am not even kidding. I would ask him questions to see if he actually knew a thing or two about all of the direct competitors. He did. Ok, So then I listened more seriously. Between the dependability of the service itself in our area with cameras, options to pay cash for the product itself and the in town customer service support all tied it up nicely. He sold the product with honesty which is the only way I will purchase anything these days. If I feel that you are being dishonest about who you are and lying about your competitors. I will not buy I don’t care how nice your product is.

Thanks Raul for being easy going, honest and keeping your word on following through. Stay the same!!! You’ll go far in life.

So excited to be with this company! Buddy was our technician and his service was exceptional! Very nice gentleman and very patient with all the questions we had. He did an awesome job installing everything. So if you ever use Allied, try to get buddy as your installer. He’s great!

I have been interested in a home security system for my home and I noticed my neighbor was having service done on hers. I was able to talk to the technician by name of Eric, and I am glad I did bc he took the time to explain how the security system works and the equipment that is required.

David did an excellent job for your company. Knew his business, and was very good in explaining the various features and benefits of your systems. No sales pressure, but had complete answers to my questions. He offered his own suggestions when it became more and more apparent what I know I wanted, and could likely need.

I was fortunate enough to be a first time homeowner. I was excited because the brand-new house came pre-wired to be a smart home A company I won’t name installed an IQ panel by Qolsys. Turns out the panel had its installer/dealer codes changed and when I tried to get them from the company. I was given the run-around. Ernesto from allied security said not to worry and that I would be taken care of. Sure enough I was. When the technician came to my house, even he was surprised by such a terrible business practice. They removed the old panel and gave me a brand-new IQ2 Panel by Qolsys. The tech was very informative and went over everything and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for home security. The camera quality is great, and customer service even better

David V. was cooperative, patient and very knowledgeable about the services Allied could provide. He wasn’t pushy like other home home security companies trying to get your business. He addressed all my concerns and gave me ample time in between conversations to make the best decisions for my home security. Chris was awesome and very quick in installing the security system in our home. He was very thorough in explaining how the system works on the mobile app, gladly connected our garage door and also installed the lock in our door – all during the weekend. Highly recommend him and Allied!
