Getting an alarm system is something I would never consider. I’ve lived in pretty rough neighborhoods growing up and if a person wants to do something, nothing rarely stops them. However, after speaking with Raul, he gave me a lot of peace about having allied secure my home. I asked him 100 questions and about 50 hypothetical scenarios. He showed so much patience and grace! After he left, my home he continued to answer questions about the program and system. The only thing I would critique the company on is the 3 year contract. There should be options for consumers to fit their security needs. We can change homeowners insurance yearly, why not our security company.

We just moved in a brand new home. Looooottttts of sales people. Yikes. But…Raul Gonzalez is a personable sales guy. Right away, you are clicking and everything seems good. He must have liked being asked a million questions because he stayed around. When I say I know the competitors, I do my homework. I am not even kidding. I would ask him questions to see if he actually knew a thing or two about all of the direct competitors. He did. Ok, So then I listened more seriously. Between the dependability of the service itself in our area with cameras, options to pay cash for the product itself and the in town customer service support all tied it up nicely. He sold the product with honesty which is the only way I will purchase anything these days. If I feel that you are being dishonest about who you are and lying about your competitors. I will not buy I don’t care how nice your product is.

Thanks Raul for being easy going, honest and keeping your word on following through. Stay the same!!! You’ll go far in life.

Chris was awesome and very quick in installing the security system in our home. He was very thorough in explaining how the system works on the mobile app, gladly connected our garage door and also installed the lock in our door – all during the weekend. Highly recommend him and Allied!

He is very proficient through the installation process and was very thorough in explaining how each system worked. The equipment used is great, and I felt a greater sense of security after everything was said and done. I would recommend brinks and Joaquin to anyone who would be interested in a great security system. I truly appreciate everything he did as he did it with ease and was very cooperative and helpful in the process. I would give this guy 6 stars if I could. Thank You!

David Fleck was very professional, thorough, and took the time to go over our system again after implementing changes.

Raul helped install my FILs system. He was very professional and answered all his questions. He was also very easy going and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He conducted himself very professionally, yet very friendly at the same time.

They provide a great service when it comes to various installation of security systems to your home as they did a great work at my house and also explain what each security item does and assure me of my safety in which have never had any regret contacting them for my security installation. They also got an excellent customer service care.

My Rep was Earnest Mendez, he did a very great job with helping us get the perfect security system for our new home for a reasonable price. We love our new security system (the doorbell cam is our favorite) lol. Thank you Earnest Mendez for being so polite and getting us exactly what we were looking for to secure our home.

David V offered me one of the best customer service i have ever been provided if not the best. he helped me chose the right and best option of services that worked for my house needs. He also solved each and every problem/question i had. Keep in mind i did a bunch of research on home security companies but by far Allied Home Security worked through my problems and said no problem we will provide you service! They literally are awesome thanks DAVID V!

Chris was fast efficient and walked me through everything.

We just had our system put in yesterday so it’s too early for an overall rating, however, the process has been quite good!! Adrian, our salesperson, was very good…none of the high pressure stuff!! Explained everything to the best of his knowledge and patient with all of our numerous questions!! Jesse, the technician assigned to install our system, was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order before he left!!

Jessy did a wonderful job setting up our security system in our new home. He worked long and hard to make sure everything was set and worked perfectly!

So excited to be with this company! Buddy was our technician and his service was exceptional! Very nice gentleman and very patient with all the questions we had. He did an awesome job installing everything. So if you ever use Allied, try to get buddy as your installer. He’s great!
