David V. did not waste any time in configuring my requirements when I explained my security issue. Very professional and courteous. Also enjoyed the “I’m on hold music”.

So we bought a house and wanted to get cameras and a security system installed. David came out on move in day and got us setup quickly. Was the easiest and quickest process of my whole move so far. And as far as prompt service, David and I ended the process in about an hour, and the next day, an installer showed up had everything done quickly, cleanly and efficiently. I could not be happier with the system and ease of use. Finally, had a small problem I could not figure out and called into the office today, they walked me through the app to the setting I was looking for super quickly. Best experience I’ve had with an alarm company by far!

We brought a new house and switched from an alarm company that we had been with for over 20 years. After meeting with Michael, we set up an installation and Christian was sent out. He was one of the most helpful technicians I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He made sure the installation was successful. He also returned to install the Nest application and give my wife a tutorial, which was successful. GREAT JOB CHRISTIAN!!!

Mr. Tyler Castillo was awesome! The tech was very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about how the Brink Home Security works. He answered all the questions I posed. He explained in a very detailed manner about what was best for my home as far as the installation and what system would be best for our home. He was also very polite and easy to talk to. The tech took his time in his explanation to us about the security system. As a result, I didn’t have many questions to ask him. Josh is the absolute best at what he does! He came to us the day we were scheduled to get installed by ADT, and pointed out all the flaws in their system. He was genuinely concerned with our safety, we are SO glad he came when he did, we would’ve been stuck with an inferior system. We decided to go with Allied Home Security for our business, and they sent Joaquin to perform the installation at the site. He was extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was also very patient and his Installation, wiring and setting of the cameras and motion sensors were on point. He knew what we required and he delivered. Kevin Lyman made obtaining the home security system a great experience. Mr. Lyman was knowledgeable and thoroughly described the system’s operation and Allied’s association with Brinks. He was professional and very pleasant to work with. He has been available to answer our questions since the installation and has responded to our emails and text messages promptly. Armoni Davis the manager came by and he helped us find the security system for us, we knew we wanted a security system for our new home and with the ease of the program and the understanding that our whole house is covered we feel very safe now. We had a tech service come out did a wonderful job very professional and helped us understand how the system works and the new equipment. We’ve told our family and friends about how amazing the company is and how protected our new home is. 10/10

Getting an alarm system is something I would never consider. I’ve lived in pretty rough neighborhoods growing up and if a person wants to do something, nothing rarely stops them. However, after speaking with Raul, he gave me a lot of peace about having allied secure my home. I asked him 100 questions and about 50 hypothetical scenarios. He showed so much patience and grace! After he left, my home he continued to answer questions about the program and system. The only thing I would critique the company on is the 3 year contract. There should be options for consumers to fit their security needs. We can change homeowners insurance yearly, why not our security company.

David V did an amazing job helping me choose the right option for my home security system. He’s very knowledgeable and patient and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns.

I have been interested in a home security system for my home and I noticed my neighbor was having service done on hers. I was able to talk to the technician by name of Eric, and I am glad I did bc he took the time to explain how the security system works and the equipment that is required.

Joaquin did a great job installing all the equipment. The cameras were well positioned, and he was very mindful of my preferences. He is very proficient through the installation process and was very thorough in explaining how each system worked. The equipment used is great, and I felt a greater sense of security after everything was said and done. I would recommend brinks and Joaquin to anyone who would be interested in a great security system. I truly appreciate everything he did as he did it with ease and was very cooperative and helpful in the process. I would give this guy 6 stars if I could. Thank You!

Mario was very professional and respectful, he was patient with my 90 year old mother as he installed her system. He explained each step to her as he moved about her home. It’s wonderful to have people in your home who are respectful.
