So Happy I found this company! First, they are local, and they explained everything to me thoroughly. I recently purchased a house and I needed to have my security set up, and they helped. I had my system installed just a few days after I signed up and the technician that went to my house was very professional and friendly.

David F. helped set up and explain how to use my system. He went above and beyond so that I would truly understand what the system could do, how I could use it, and he even did all the technical stuff for me to get started based on whatever I said I wanted it to do so I didn’t have to figure it out on my own. He was very polite and informative. I really enjoyed having him in my home to help me. I would highly recommend him as well as allied security!

Armoni was very knowledgeable and patient when explaining and answering my questions about the system. I actually had an installation scheduled with another company, but made the switch based on his honesty and recommendations. I’m not the easiest person to convince, but kudos to Armoni’s persistence and wonderful personality.

Raul was extremely professional. Every question I asked, he answered it very honestly. Amazing customer service skills!

Allied home security is awesome. Mr. Darius Narcisse was great. The tech was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about how the Brink Home Security works. He answered all the questions I asked. The tech was very helpful in getting the installation setup and getting connection.

Armoni Davis the manager came by and he helped us find the security system for us, we knew we wanted a security system for our new home and with the ease of the program and the understanding that our whole house is covered we feel very safe now. We had a tech service come out did a wonderful job very professional and helped us understand how the system works and the new equipment. We’ve told our family and friends about how amazing the company is and how protected our new home is. 10/10

Cale did an amazing job walking us through the whole process while respecting our time, and was extremely knowledgeable and polite. The installation was quick and painless. I felt comfortable having both of them in my home, by myself, with small children. Highly recommend!

David F came out today to help get my system back up and running. He very efficient and knowledgeable in what he does. This is the 2nd time I have needed assistance and both times, David has been so helpful and very quick to give tips and guidance to make sure our system runs smoothly. David Fleck our technician today was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the systems and how they work, w his expertise was able to solve our issue w door bell and chime. He even noticed that our door lock was not connected and configured to our phone, so he fixed the issue and now we can unlock our front door w the phone, something we couldn’t do before. He went beyond the call of duty and we truly appreciate his hard work ! He also provided a brief review of how to use the Brinks more efficiently on our phone

Raul helped install my FILs system. He was very professional and answered all his questions. He was also very easy going and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He conducted himself very professionally, yet very friendly at the same time.

David did an excellent job for your company. Knew his business, and was very good in explaining the various features and benefits of your systems. No sales pressure, but had complete answers to my questions. He offered his own suggestions when it became more and more apparent what I know I wanted, and could likely need.

It didn’t take long for me to agree to get home security. Armoni started talking, showing me areas that could potentially be a problem, made some suggestions, and I was sold. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t push me into buying anything. The tech took his time to show me the different packages and gave me a great price. He is very proficient through the installation process and was very thorough in explaining how each system worked. The equipment used is great, and I felt a greater sense of security after everything was said and done. Sales person Cale H was very knowledgeable & professional! Walked through our house & recommended installation for camera’s & alarms! The alarm system is easy to operate! I can activate from my phone if I leave & forget to arm! I can also view activity when I am away!

I just purchased my very first home and choosing a home security company seemed a bit scary with so many out there and not being too sure which one to go with. I’m very satisfied with my choice as Cale H was the marketing manager and sat down with me and assisted in creating a plan around my wants and needs. In addition to that there were some miss communication during the install which I was then told I had to pay additional money outside of what was agreed and I thought “oh great this is going to be the deal breaker.” However Cale worked with me and understood my concerns and we came to a mutual agreement. The team recognized the importance of customer satisfaction and assisted with my concerns. Overall looking forward to this partnership and would recommend to those looking for home security.

Great experience! The team came on time, did a walkthrough and were able to set up the system properly. They recommended us the devices based on how our system was pre-wired which made the system more customizable for us.
