This is the 2nd time I have needed assistance and both times, David has been so helpful and very quick to give tips and guidance to make sure our system runs smoothly. Ernest was great. Very knowledgeable and explained process completely. Installer arrived early. All equipment was installed properly. Installer didn’t leave information on how to log into the system to pass on to other family members in the household. Really not a big deal however the only thing I didn’t like was being hassled about writing a review.

David V did an amazing job helping me choose the right option for my home security system. He’s very knowledgeable and patient and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns.

We brought a new house and switched from an alarm company that we had been with for over 20 years. After meeting with Michael, we set up an installation and Christian was sent out. He was one of the most helpful technicians I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He made sure the installation was successful. He also returned to install the Nest application and give my wife a tutorial, which was successful. GREAT JOB CHRISTIAN!!!

Called Allied after feeling like another provider’s quote came in steep and Shane gave me a much more reasonable deal for the coverage I was seeking. David F. was assigned as my technician and got the system installed meticulously, preserving much of the hardware that was in place from the previous homeowner. The overview was helpful and I’m glad I went with Allied.

Jesse was my tech today did a great job installing everything and explained panel and app.. panel is user friendly and easy to use.

It didn’t take long for me to agree to get home security. Armoni started talking, showing me areas that could potentially be a problem, made some suggestions, and I was sold. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t push me into buying anything. The tech took his time to show me the different packages and gave me a great price. He was able to get his guys to come over and install everything within 2 days! Home is secured and I feel safe. Thanks!

Armoni was very knowledgeable and patient when explaining and answering my questions about the system. I actually had an installation scheduled with another company, but made the switch based on his honesty and recommendations. I’m not the easiest person to convince, but kudos to Armoni’s persistence and wonderful personality.

Very knowledgeable with the services they provided for us and also explained step by step affordable pricing that would fit our budget!

So we bought a house and wanted to get cameras and a security system installed. David came out on move in day and got us setup quickly. Was the easiest and quickest process of my whole move so far. And as far as prompt service, David and I ended the process in about an hour, and the next day, an installer showed up had everything done quickly, cleanly and efficiently. I could not be happier with the system and ease of use. Finally, had a small problem I could not figure out and called into the office today, they walked me through the app to the setting I was looking for super quickly. Best experience I’ve had with an alarm company by far!
