I have been interested in a home security system for my home and I noticed my neighbor was having service done on hers. I was able to talk to the technician by name of Eric, and I am glad I did bc he took the time to explain how the security system works and the equipment that is required.

Allied home security is awesome. Mr. Darius Narcisse was great. The tech was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about how the Brink Home Security works. He answered all the questions I asked. The tech was very helpful in getting the installation setup and getting connection.

User interface and tech help is terrible.

Ernest was great. Very knowledgeable and explained process completely. Installer arrived early. All equipment was installed properly. Installer didn’t leave information on how to log into the system to pass on to other family members in the household. Really not a big deal however the only thing I didn’t like was being hassled about writing a review.

We decided to go with Allied Home Security for our business, and they sent Joaquin to perform the installation at the site. He was extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was also very patient and his Installation, wiring and setting of the cameras and motion sensors were on point. He knew what we required and he delivered. We just had our system put in yesterday so it’s too early for an overall rating, however, the process has been quite good!! Adrian, our salesperson, was very good…none of the high pressure stuff!! Explained everything to the best of his knowledge and patient with all of our numerous questions!! Jesse, the technician assigned to install our system, was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order before he left!!

After purchasing our new home , we felt the need to have a Home Security system installed , so I reached out on Nextdoor and I kept seeing the same name Danny with Allied Home security, they called him Dan the alarm man . Well I tell you what , Dan knows his stuff . So informative and a mounds of knowledge of not only his system but most systems in use today. I couldn’t be happier with the choice we made to go with Danny and Allied Home security. You definitely won’t find a better service.

Andres was really good at his craft. We had a small problem with systems but he stayed and figured it all out and fixed it properly! I highly recommend him!
