We just had our system put in yesterday so it’s too early for an overall rating, however, the process has been quite good!! Adrian, our salesperson, was very good…none of the high pressure stuff!! Explained everything to the best of his knowledge and patient with all of our numerous questions!! Jesse, the technician assigned to install our system, was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order before he left!!

Heriberto and Mario were awesome technicians. They took us step by step through the installation and setup process. Very friendly, knowledgeable and EXCELLENT customer service. Highly recommend this company!! Thank you for the security and peace of mind.

Completely, utterly impressed. From the start of my interaction with Allied, David was fantastic in setting up my account. He even talked to me after he left the office! When it came to install of cameras and alarm system, Zeke and Eric were top notch! Installation was clean, they even stayed to train us and make sure we were comfortable. And to top that all off, their bid was honestly about 3500$ cheaper than the other quotes I got. If you are reading this looking for a security partner, stop searching and do yourself a favor. The Tech Andres, was very efficient and professional. He installed a 5 camera system for me and even showed me some very useful tips. He also kept a very clean work space and made sure when he left it was as clean as when he arrived. I will definitely be asking for him for my future installs.

Super easy to get set up with Allied. I called and Shane talked through my options for a home security system. I was able to get an appointment the following week for set up. David Feazell was the technician that installed the system. He was on-time and did a great job walking me through the system. He helped me decide the best locations for cameras and the motion detector.

Told them I needed 2 glass breakage sensors. Didn’t get them. Don’t even know how to contact them. So overall it was not a good idea.

5 stars to Allied Home Security. I called for information about cameras and monitoring for my home, and he was very friendly & knowledgeable. I have them set to install this week thanks for making it so easy.
