I was fortunate enough to be a first time homeowner. I was excited because the brand-new house came pre-wired to be a smart home A company I won’t name installed an IQ panel by Qolsys. Turns out the panel had its installer/dealer codes changed and when I tried to get them from the company. I was given the run-around. Ernesto from allied security said not to worry and that I would be taken care of. Sure enough I was. When the technician came to my house, even he was surprised by such a terrible business practice. They removed the old panel and gave me a brand-new IQ2 Panel by Qolsys. The tech was very informative and went over everything and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for home security. The camera quality is great, and customer service even better

This is my first time dealing with Allied Home Security, but they are very professional, and exceptional in their services. The tech Hery was very patient and clear. He took his time to explain everything we needed to know about the system. I appreciate his hard work.

Best decision I have made this year. Was looking all over the place for a legit security system for my new home and was getting quite disappointed in the deceptive sales tactics of a lot of companies. Got even more discouraged when I started reading on the BBB about all the nightmares people had experienced with some of the larger companies. I decided to give Allied a call when I saw their ad on Google and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Tech arrived on time for installation and everything went as just as my sales rep explained on the phone! So glad to know that there are still good home security companies out there.

Chris H. installed our system and proved to be an exceptional good professional, very knowledgable and clean.. He also just made the impossible camera locations happen. I was really very pleased with the service (including set up of account).

David V. was cooperative, patient and very knowledgeable about the services Allied could provide. He wasn’t pushy like other home home security companies trying to get your business. He addressed all my concerns and gave me ample time in between conversations to make the best decisions for my home security. Josh is the absolute best at what he does! He came to us the day we were scheduled to get installed by ADT, and pointed out all the flaws in their system. He was genuinely concerned with our safety, we are SO glad he came when he did, we would’ve been stuck with an inferior system. Sky was very friendly and knowledgeable, he made sure we understood all the ins and outs of our system before he left. Please let Allied protect your home and family, you won’t be disappointed!

So Happy I found this company! First, they are local, and they explained everything to me thoroughly. I recently purchased a house and I needed to have my security set up, and they helped. I had my system installed just a few days after I signed up and the technician that went to my house was very professional and friendly.

David Fleck our technician today was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the systems and how they work, w his expertise was able to solve our issue w door bell and chime. He even noticed that our door lock was not connected and configured to our phone, so he fixed the issue and now we can unlock our front door w the phone, something we couldn’t do before. He went beyond the call of duty and we truly appreciate his hard work ! He also provided a brief review of how to use the Brinks more efficiently on our phone

My man Raul definitely went above and beyond to make sure my family got set up with the best home security system. Answered all my questions and was super humble, nice and funny through the whole experience!

Mario was very professional and respectful, he was patient with my 90 year old mother as he installed her system. He explained each step to her as he moved about her home. It’s wonderful to have people in your home who are respectful.

I just purchased my very first home and choosing a home security company seemed a bit scary with so many out there and not being too sure which one to go with. I’m very satisfied with my choice as Cale H was the marketing manager and sat down with me and assisted in creating a plan around my wants and needs. In addition to that there were some miss communication during the install which I was then told I had to pay additional money outside of what was agreed and I thought “oh great this is going to be the deal breaker.” However Cale worked with me and understood my concerns and we came to a mutual agreement. The team recognized the importance of customer satisfaction and assisted with my concerns. Overall looking forward to this partnership and would recommend to those looking for home security.

It didn’t take long for me to agree to get home security. Armoni started talking, showing me areas that could potentially be a problem, made some suggestions, and I was sold. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t push me into buying anything. The tech took his time to show me the different packages and gave me a great price. We brought a new house and switched from an alarm company that we had been with for over 20 years. After meeting with Michael, we set up an installation and Christian was sent out. He was one of the most helpful technicians I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He made sure the installation was successful. He also returned to install the Nest application and give my wife a tutorial, which was successful. GREAT JOB CHRISTIAN!!!

Buddy is such an intelligent and respectful man, he knows what he is doing and will take the time to explain to you what he’s installing in your home.
