The salesman was great, and the installation was actually amazing. Our installer was so kind and worked really quickly. On top of that, our salesman was able to get us a great deal and throw in some things for us. So far, very happy!

Called Allied for my home security and was blown away by the whole process. Sales representative was very understanding of my needs. David F came to do my installation and was very helpful and informative. Especially explaining how the system works and it’s capabilities. Very pleased with Allied home security.

David Fleck our technician today was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the systems and how they work, w his expertise was able to solve our issue w door bell and chime. He even noticed that our door lock was not connected and configured to our phone, so he fixed the issue and now we can unlock our front door w the phone, something we couldn’t do before. He went beyond the call of duty and we truly appreciate his hard work ! He also provided a brief review of how to use the Brinks more efficiently on our phone

Eric did a great job installing our system at our business. He was 10 minutes early, was very knowledgeable and quick. He gave a great review of the system and answered all of my questions.

Matt was our installing technician. He was very knowledgeable and had our system running in no time. very professional, polite and personable. He took great care while moving our blinds and curtains, and offered many tips on security and maintenance. Did a great job explaining the key pad and functions. He was flawless. I would highly recommend Matt to install and service my system.

Great experience! The team came on time, did a walkthrough and were able to set up the system properly. They recommended us the devices based on how our system was pre-wired which made the system more customizable for us.

David F came out today to help get my system back up and running. He very efficient and knowledgeable in what he does. This is the 2nd time I have needed assistance and both times, David has been so helpful and very quick to give tips and guidance to make sure our system runs smoothly. 5 stars to Allied Home Security. I called for information about cameras and monitoring for my home, and he was very friendly & knowledgeable. I have them set to install this week thanks for making it so easy.

We just moved in a brand new home. Looooottttts of sales people. Yikes. But…Raul Gonzalez is a personable sales guy. Right away, you are clicking and everything seems good. He must have liked being asked a million questions because he stayed around. When I say I know the competitors, I do my homework. I am not even kidding. I would ask him questions to see if he actually knew a thing or two about all of the direct competitors. He did. Ok, So then I listened more seriously. Between the dependability of the service itself in our area with cameras, options to pay cash for the product itself and the in town customer service support all tied it up nicely. He sold the product with honesty which is the only way I will purchase anything these days. If I feel that you are being dishonest about who you are and lying about your competitors. I will not buy I don’t care how nice your product is.

Thanks Raul for being easy going, honest and keeping your word on following through. Stay the same!!! You’ll go far in life.

We had a tech service come out did a wonderful job very professional and helped us understand how the system works and the new equipment. Shane Edens helped us with obtaining a new home security system. Shane provided information on the different packages & was able to give us a discount on package we chose. He did not “push” for any particular package, he let us choose what was best. I have already recommended this home security system to family. Told them I needed 2 glass breakage sensors. Didn’t get them. Don’t even know how to contact them. So overall it was not a good idea.
