Told them I needed 2 glass breakage sensors. Didn’t get them. Don’t even know how to contact them. So overall it was not a good idea.

Jesse R did an excellent job. Was care with the house, completed the work carefully and in good time. Explained using the system very well. We were very happy with the experience.

Eric did a great job installing our system at our business. He was 10 minutes early, was very knowledgeable and quick. He gave a great review of the system and answered all of my questions.

I got 5 estimates, Allied being the 5th. He quoted the exact models that everyone else quoted and when I asked his opinion he recommended an option that was less expensive than what I asked for – and they had the best prices for every option! Overall…superlative experience!!

David V. was cooperative, patient and very knowledgeable about the services Allied could provide. He wasn’t pushy like other home home security companies trying to get your business. He addressed all my concerns and gave me ample time in between conversations to make the best decisions for my home security. So Happy I found this company! First, they are local, and they explained everything to me thoroughly. I recently purchased a house and I needed to have my security set up, and they helped. I had my system installed just a few days after I signed up and the technician that went to my house was very professional and friendly.

David F did a fantastic job with the install and very clearly, thoroughly and patiently explained how to use the system. Awesome Professionalism! Wish ALL contract service technicians were cut from the same cloth as he is.

It didn’t take long for me to agree to get home security. Armoni started talking, showing me areas that could potentially be a problem, made some suggestions, and I was sold. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t push me into buying anything. The tech took his time to show me the different packages and gave me a great price. Great experience! The team came on time, did a walkthrough and were able to set up the system properly. They recommended us the devices based on how our system was pre-wired which made the system more customizable for us.
