Matt was our installing technician. He was very knowledgeable and had our system running in no time. very professional, polite and personable. He took great care while moving our blinds and curtains, and offered many tips on security and maintenance. Did a great job explaining the key pad and functions. He was flawless. I would highly recommend Matt to install and service my system.

Called Allied after feeling like another provider’s quote came in steep and Shane gave me a much more reasonable deal for the coverage I was seeking. David F. was assigned as my technician and got the system installed meticulously, preserving much of the hardware that was in place from the previous homeowner. The overview was helpful and I’m glad I went with Allied.

I find to be most advance security system in the market , not only it is easy to manage but also very reliable . They are very professional in choosing the right security system according to my needs and although i have diy the project but they helped me in that with guides which was very helpful for me. I was bit worried about the theft in the areas but i find very secure already in my home. It has top standard quality standard product which i think will going to last years.

Mr. Tyler Castillo was awesome! The tech was very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about how the Brink Home Security works. He answered all the questions I posed. He explained in a very detailed manner about what was best for my home as far as the installation and what system would be best for our home. He was also very polite and easy to talk to. The tech took his time in his explanation to us about the security system. As a result, I didn’t have many questions to ask him. I was very pleased with the price and the components that accompanied the system! Thank you, Mr. Castillo for a job well done! Ernest was great. Very knowledgeable and explained process completely. Installer arrived early. All equipment was installed properly. Installer didn’t leave information on how to log into the system to pass on to other family members in the household. Really not a big deal however the only thing I didn’t like was being hassled about writing a review.

I just purchased my very first home and choosing a home security company seemed a bit scary with so many out there and not being too sure which one to go with. I’m very satisfied with my choice as Cale H was the marketing manager and sat down with me and assisted in creating a plan around my wants and needs. In addition to that there were some miss communication during the install which I was then told I had to pay additional money outside of what was agreed and I thought “oh great this is going to be the deal breaker.” However Cale worked with me and understood my concerns and we came to a mutual agreement. The team recognized the importance of customer satisfaction and assisted with my concerns. Overall looking forward to this partnership and would recommend to those looking for home security.

Our installer, David Feazell, was very nice and professional. He explained our new alarm system thoroughly and kept his work extremely tidy. I am very satisfied with my experience and would recommend him.
