Best decision I have made this year. Was looking all over the place for a legit security system for my new home and was getting quite disappointed in the deceptive sales tactics of a lot of companies. Got even more discouraged when I started reading on the BBB about all the nightmares people had experienced with some of the larger companies. I decided to give Allied a call when I saw their ad on Google and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Tech arrived on time for installation and everything went as just as my sales rep explained on the phone! So glad to know that there are still good home security companies out there.

Chris H. installed our system and proved to be an exceptional good professional, very knowledgable and clean.. He also just made the impossible camera locations happen. I was really very pleased with the service (including set up of account).

Getting an alarm system is something I would never consider. I’ve lived in pretty rough neighborhoods growing up and if a person wants to do something, nothing rarely stops them. However, after speaking with Raul, he gave me a lot of peace about having allied secure my home. I asked him 100 questions and about 50 hypothetical scenarios. He showed so much patience and grace! After he left, my home he continued to answer questions about the program and system. The only thing I would critique the company on is the 3 year contract. There should be options for consumers to fit their security needs. We can change homeowners insurance yearly, why not our security company.

Zeke took the time to explain (and re-explain) everything to make sure we understood what he was doing. We had a very old security system and he helped us update everything and remove what we didn’t need. We are really happy with our new system.

I find to be most advance security system in the market , not only it is easy to manage but also very reliable . They are very professional in choosing the right security system according to my needs and although i have diy the project but they helped me in that with guides which was very helpful for me. I was bit worried about the theft in the areas but i find very secure already in my home. It has top standard quality standard product which i think will going to last years.

Andres was really good at his craft. We had a small problem with systems but he stayed and figured it all out and fixed it properly! I highly recommend him!

Called Allied after feeling like another provider’s quote came in steep and Shane gave me a much more reasonable deal for the coverage I was seeking. David F. was assigned as my technician and got the system installed meticulously, preserving much of the hardware that was in place from the previous homeowner. The overview was helpful and I’m glad I went with Allied.

David did an excellent job for your company. Knew his business, and was very good in explaining the various features and benefits of your systems. No sales pressure, but had complete answers to my questions. He offered his own suggestions when it became more and more apparent what I know I wanted, and could likely need.

David Fleck our technician today was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the systems and how they work, w his expertise was able to solve our issue w door bell and chime. He even noticed that our door lock was not connected and configured to our phone, so he fixed the issue and now we can unlock our front door w the phone, something we couldn’t do before. He went beyond the call of duty and we truly appreciate his hard work ! He also provided a brief review of how to use the Brinks more efficiently on our phone

Our install was a little more complicated than most but the installers who came out were absolutely phenomenal. Punctual professional and extremely helpful! We’re so glad we chose allied! Our cameras and security system are perfect and the service is excellent!

Allied home security is awesome. Mr. Darius Narcisse was great. The tech was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about how the Brink Home Security works. He answered all the questions I asked. The tech was very helpful in getting the installation setup and getting connection.

Jesse was my tech today did a great job installing everything and explained panel and app.. panel is user friendly and easy to use.

Told them I needed 2 glass breakage sensors. Didn’t get them. Don’t even know how to contact them. So overall it was not a good idea.

They provide a great service when it comes to various installation of security systems to your home as they did a great work at my house and also explain what each security item does and assure me of my safety in which have never had any regret contacting them for my security installation. They also got an excellent customer service care.
