Our install was a little more complicated than most but the installers who came out were absolutely phenomenal. Punctual professional and extremely helpful! We’re so glad we chose allied! Our cameras and security system are perfect and the service is excellent!

Joaquin did a great job installing all the equipment. The cameras were well positioned, and he was very mindful of my preferences. He is very proficient through the installation process and was very thorough in explaining how each system worked. The equipment used is great, and I felt a greater sense of security after everything was said and done. I would recommend brinks and Joaquin to anyone who would be interested in a great security system. I truly appreciate everything he did as he did it with ease and was very cooperative and helpful in the process. I would give this guy 6 stars if I could. Thank You!

Super easy to get set up with Allied. I called and Shane talked through my options for a home security system. I was able to get an appointment the following week for set up. David Feazell was the technician that installed the system. He was on-time and did a great job walking me through the system. He helped me decide the best locations for cameras and the motion detector.

David is always so professional, and very helpful!!

Raul Gonzalez was a not-too-pushy but very well informed of his product salesman. He explained the benefits of this security system over the competitors without being negative about the “other guys”. He was friendly, welcoming and made the experience very enjoyable. Forgot that I was purchasing something from him because it felt like I was visiting with a friend and not buying home security. We brought a new house and switched from an alarm company that we had been with for over 20 years. After meeting with Michael, we set up an installation and Christian was sent out. He was one of the most helpful technicians I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He made sure the installation was successful. He also returned to install the Nest application and give my wife a tutorial, which was successful. GREAT JOB CHRISTIAN!!!

I got 5 estimates, Allied being the 5th. He quoted the exact models that everyone else quoted and when I asked his opinion he recommended an option that was less expensive than what I asked for – and they had the best prices for every option! Overall…superlative experience!!

I just purchased my very first home and choosing a home security company seemed a bit scary with so many out there and not being too sure which one to go with. I’m very satisfied with my choice as Cale H was the marketing manager and sat down with me and assisted in creating a plan around my wants and needs. In addition to that there were some miss communication during the install which I was then told I had to pay additional money outside of what was agreed and I thought “oh great this is going to be the deal breaker.” However Cale worked with me and understood my concerns and we came to a mutual agreement. The team recognized the importance of customer satisfaction and assisted with my concerns. Overall looking forward to this partnership and would recommend to those looking for home security.
